Does the Kiosk mode need a separate app to be installed?

Yes, the "eScan Kiosk Lockdown" app needs to be installed on the devices, in order to avail the Kiosk Mode functionality.

From where can the admin/user get the "eScan Kiosk Lockdown" app?

The admin can contact eScan support team to get the "eScan Kiosk Lockdown" app.

The admin can then configure the "Kiosk Mode Policy" and deploy the app via the App store to the devices.

Note: We are working on having this app on the Play Store, so that the admin/users can directly download the app from the Play Store.
