You can create a Geo-Fence or Wi-fi Fence with the "Location-fence policy".

How it works?

As per design, if the device(s) in the group are within the fence (Geo-fence or Wi-Fi fence) the policy restrictions will be applied. When the device(s) is out of the fence the policy restrictions will be removed. Eg: Application/Website control will be removed and the user(s) will be able to use his/her personal apps outside the fence.

Is "Location-fence policy" applicable for all Group types?

The "Location-fence policy" is only applicable for the BYOD group type. "Location-fence policy" will not be available for MDM and COD group types.

Why this behavior/design?

If the device(s) are of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) type ie: the users are allowed to use their personal device(s) for office work, then the office policies should be applicable in a limited area. With Geo-fence/Wi-Fi fence, this can be achieved.
