The "Fencing Location(s)" tab allows to set the a default location and add geo-fence locations.

"Set Default Location" sets the location pointer to the set location each time you try to add a location under "Fencing Location(s)".

"Add" button allows you to add multiple locations to the "Fencing Location(s)" with different radius as per your requirement. These can be imported to the "Location-fence policy" for different groups.
