Problem Reported:
Searching thru IP from UnManaged Computers displays incorrect client IP address
Error Code:
Shows different Ip instead of the actual IP of the client pc in “IP Address” column.
Solution:
Ping response from eScan server system to the client was showing proper hostname and IP of client system, But still in console showing IP of escan server only for that client system. Escan client was uninstalled previously from that pc. Even after uninstalling MWAgent from that client giving same issue. So manually installed eScan on that pc using the eScan_Client_Setup.exe file and then the client got added in Managed Computers list automatically and showed correct IP address detail of that client system.
