I have a valid Mailscan license key, but the Product says "Invalid license key" when I try to enter the key in the product?
The said error can be seen in two cases
1. The Mailscan product installed on the machine is not correct. ie: the key that you have is for a different product.
2. Mailscan will not accept the key if the key is generated 1 year back, even if the Mailscan key is still valid. Please contact eScan Technical support or your eScan Sales representative.
