If you have installed eScan Corporate 360 you will be able to see the eScan Mobile Device Management tab in the left menu when you login to the Web-console.
The Mobile Device Management tab will be inactive, in the below cases
Case 1:
You have upgraded eScan Corporate for windows to eScan Corporate 360 and the license key that you are using with the server is for eScan Corporate Edition.
For Accessing the Mobile Device Management tab you need to have the eScan Corporate 360 license key.
Case 2:
You have installed eScan Corporate 360 and then entered the eScan Corporate license key
Please Note: The keys for eScan Corporate and eScan Corporate 360 are different.
