The dafault Sync Frequency is 60 mins. This can be changed with the help of Policy from the Managed Devices >> Policy >> Policy details >> Addition settings Policy >> Sync Frequency
Note: You can change the settings only after entering the Administrator Mode. eScan Administrator password is required for entering the Administrator Mode.
