You can edit "wgwin.ini" file from following directory
C:\program files\common files\microworld\wgwin ( For 32 bit )
OR
C:\program files ( X86 )\common files\microworld\wgwin ( For 64 bit )
In this file search for following entry
[HTTP]
HTTPProxyServer= [ Here you will find your Proxy IP ]
HTTPProxyPort= [Here you will find your proxy port ]
HttpUser=
HttpPassword=
ProxyUser= [ Here please enter the username ]
ProxyPassword= [ Here Please enter the password ]
Save the file and then try to download the hotfix, it should resolve the problem.
