Open the eScan protection center > File antivirus > Objects > Exclude by Mask > Add/Delete > enter the file name > Add > Ok
If this does not help (If the files still being scanned by monitor), you can exclude the file using registry, Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroWorld\eScan for Windows\MwMonitor\ProcExclusionsf Create a new DWORD and rename it as the file name to be excluded and set the DWORD value to 2.
This files will also exclude from the Quick Scan Your Systems also.
