Why does eScan prompt for the "Website Block Permission" every time I launch it, even though I have already granted permissions?
You may try the steps below:
General Steps:
1. Tap "Battery" under Device Settings.
2. Select All Apps.
3. Select the eScan Application that you might be using.
4. Select "Don't Optimize".
The above settings might vary between different Android OSs or devices. The main solution here is to exclude the eScan application services from being interrupted by battery optimization.
If you have MI device
1. Tap "Battery" under Device Settings.
2. Tap "Manage Apps' battery usage".
3. Tap "Choose apps" and Select the eScan Application that you might be using.
4. Tap "No restrictions".
5. Select "Permissions" under Device Settings.
6. Under "Autostart" select the eScan Application that you might be using and allow the same to Autostart.
After these settings are done, when you re-open the app it might ask for “Website Block Permission” once more, please provide the permission at this point and the eScan application will not ask for the permission at every launch after this.
