1. Try to access the URL.
2. You will get a pop-up, as "Malware URL Blocked" and below you will have a
check box "Add to Whitelist".
3. Check the box "Add to Whitelist" to whitelist the specific URL.

Method 2:
*_1. Apply the latest hotfix.
2. Reboot the machine
3. Try to access the URL
4. Then you can Whitelist the URL manually from the Protection
center>>File AV>>View reports
5. Right click and the click on "Add to Whitelist".
